Sorry, I meant I didn't understand if Xperia X download was the free or full version. Looking better it seems there's no Free versione for Xperia X, so I think is the paid version.
Thanks.

Known issues specific to Xperia XA2
Too many failures in installing Sailfish OS to Xperia XA2 devices have been reported tonight (Nov 8th). These devices fail to boot up after a seemingly successful flashing. Please consider postponing the flashing of Sailfish OS to XA2 until we know better the error mechanism and have been able to eliminate it. This would probably save you from unnecessary harm. Apologies for all this.
So just wait a bit...

Flashing on windows fares better - lights the LED and doesn't reboot loop, but still doesn't boot far enough...

Shutdown LED seems to work too.

Hybris Recovery starts, file system check reports errors, factory reset doesn't work.

I think there is no real difference from before ? The third party licensed stuff (Android emulation, predictive typing, Exchange, etc.) never was on the image & you installed it from the stor on first start.

The only thing which changed is that you can now get the image before first buying a Sailfish X license.

In any case I really like the trial program, as it yet again lowers the barriers for entry - if you have an Xperia X/X compact (patched image)/XA2 you can just try most of the system out without having to shell out for a license first, which should help to bring more of the hesitating future Sailfish OS users on board.

No problems flashing the image on XA2.
Might be i was lucky on Arch Linux cause i only installed fastboot from repos yesterday due to bootloader unlocking.

Works absolutely beautiful and fast.

One thing though: Each time i unlock or wake up the phone the screen flickers. Anybody else?

And the closing on apps sucks for me. Never swipe right on the Experia....

It's a known bug noted in their changelog. It shows the last instance before it locked for a split second when it unlocks

What's the process of backing up DRM keys for XA2?
