I use supl.google.com its much faster or at least was when I did a speed comparison last year.

Note that I'm talking about N810's agps package, not N900's (also debugging the N900's client is impossible...).

Fortunately, the one mentioned there still works. (No need to add it to hosts file, just look at gconf tree /system/osso/supl/ )
