Ok, so an update in the speed problem, it only runs slow while connected to the internet otherwise it's fast.

Rebooting is part of the installation. So, are you sure the installation was unsuccessful?
upgrading from 0.9.4 won't work for anyone, it's a bug in that version
which I did, a few times, and it kept rebooting, and giving me the same error.
I also knew because the phone felt massively slower each time, telling me it either didn't install, or not completely, because it was back to pre-faster n9 speed (or even a tad slower)

so far, v0.9.5 and 0.9.6 both worked fine. However, I noticed a bug in both versions which was also there in 0.9.3. The display setting of the phone was stuck on either Vivid or Saturated. It's not changing to Normal mode. Sometimes a reboot fixes this, sometimes it doesn't. The problem wasn't there in v0.9.4 however. Anyone else notice this issue?
It may not be related to FasterN9 but as soon as I installed and it rebooted the phone, it switched from Normal to Vivid and is stuck like that.. can't change it back.

now all ok both versions all bags fixed the final version must fixed that isue and all ok Feed has lags when scrolling but iam not sure because after 1 hour all fixed and lags

Hmmmm... Not a fan if 9.6. I upgraded from 9.4. Feed screen is a lot slower and lags when scrolling. Also a slight lag when switching to it, about 16th of a second. Didn't happen in 9.4. However i have noticed other speed improvements but i would prefer a fast feed screen.
