If you're like me, you've always had a dream to use your N800/N810/770 as a full-time computer/office tool. The one thing that holds us back, however, is the lack of a good keyboard solution for touch typing.
Foldable BT keyboards are great and compact, but they have a slight lag that will drive touch typists crazy due to something wrong in the BT driver's implementation (see ). Meanwhile, USB works like a charm but even the most portable USB keyboards are more than three times as big as an N800.
If only there were a way to combine the portability of a foldable BT keyboard with the low latency of USB. Well, looks like someone did it:
A compact folding mini USB keyboard for $33 on Amazon (search for "Portable Fold Mini USB Keyboard for Android Tablet Pc Black" if the link changes). I don't think that it's going to get any better than that, unless the BT driver gets fixed.
I'm going to buy one and I'll report back how it works.
