There are also remnants from some Nitdroid installation. Do you use or need this still? Otherwise you might get some space back. There is also a wiki article to repartition the internal card for a larger optfs partition http://wiki.maemo.org/Repartitioning...ng_made_simple

I don't use Nitroid either so I wouldn't have a first idea how to remove it. Perhaps the guys over at http://forum.nitdroid.com/ might help?
But I can see Fennec 7.0.1 on your list. Is that meant to be 17.0.1? Version 7 is prehistoric!
This Wiki page also has some useful hints: http://wiki.maemo.org/Free_up_rootfs_space. It is aimed at freeing up space on a different partition but some of the advice hjas knock-on effect on /home as well. Particularly the bit about purging unused packages and their config files.
