I'm having the same issue , the fsck output is :

Nokia-N900:~# fsck /dev/mmcblk0p1
fsck 1.41.3.maemo0 (12-Oct-2008)
dosfsck 3.0.12, 29 Oct 2011, FAT32, LFN
Logical sector size (190 bytes) is not a multiple of the physical sector size.

Testdisk sees only my microsd when I turn on mass storage .

It is an External Memory Card right?

I suppose that because it is formatted as FAT32 your N900 might have problems mounting it, since it is a Windows Filesystem.

Try formatting the memory card to ext3 or ext4, or any other Linux Filesystem...

No , is internal memory , I can see only memory card
