Hi all,

could anyone tell me how to remove built-in application like Track and Protect on nokia N9?

I'd like to know as well! I don't use Track and Protect and would like to remove it also.

As far as I know you can only remove the shortcuts from the home screen, not remove the app completely.

This method doesn't work for the SIM card application that seems to get installed automatically when you insert a SIM card... there doesn't seem to be a .desktop files associated with it in /usr/share/applications.

Anyone have an idea of how to get rid of it?

IIRC there's another location that .desktop files can sometimes be placed.
Can't recall it OTTOMH though sorry....
