Does anyone know if rpmdevtools is available for Sailfish?

It looks like it has a lot of handy tools (e.g. rpmdev-newspec, rpmdev-setuptree) that aren't strictly necessary but would save some time vs creating files and directories by hand.

Is there a good reason why it's not available, e.g. because the template spec files are different for Jolla than most RPM based distros, or is it just because it hasn't been done yet?

Sorry if that's a dumb question, I'm coming from Debian (and only have limited experience building .deb packages) so some of the subtleties of packaging are lost on me.
