Yeah, looks like Facebook's network provide is playing games and ruining their connectivity and Facebook is scrambling to try to get DNS records to point to a different peering arrangement they've got with another provider. That's just my guess, though, based off the symptoms we're seeing and the news and statements so far.

So, basically, some people will still have no connectivity while others won't see a problem.
