If it's shipped from China, are customs included in the price or will the buyer have to take care of that?

Basically, 5 things.
1. They said second refund within a year after first refund approx 1,5 years ago.
2. They have had plenty of time to adjust the financial situation.
3. Unless Russians didn't do a hostal(misspelled?) take over. Jolla should have plenty of cash. Even china would have to put in some money.
4. Would be smart move by jolla to do it know to help boost the tablet sale here and get some good PR and more tablets in market.
5. It's time. Time to put an end to this.

It would be nice to include it in the price even it's a bit higher then.
Otherwise it can take weeks in some countries before it passes customs... Or that you get an unpleasant surprise afterwards.

I could fly over there drop of above HK and pick it up myself if you set up shop in HK during august. Maybe even parachute. Only have one demand. No royalties to jolla before second refund.
Do you think campaign can start first of may or do you need more time?
