I've got a charger for the BP-4L that plugs directly into the wall and, o such sweetness, has a usb connector as well. What a lifesaver it's been on trips! But I can't find the same thing for BP-5L... has anyone else seen one?

Yep, just found the external charger you recommended over at overstock.com and grabbed it for like $6. Gotta love sales, eh?

does anyone know where I can get an EU external battery charger for my N900? Batteries are BL-5J. Btw, is there an official Nokia one or can we trust the Chinese/Asian chargers?

i am using this charger its the best
charging can be done by different source of energy> solar, usb and wall charger. you can use it as a external desktop charger for different nokia batteries or as a battery pack also

The idea is to pull the battery out, toss it in the external charger, and then let it sit in my room, or off to the side why my NIT does other things with the spare battery. That way I also don't need to have my power plug hanging off the side to recharge the battery while I'm still using it.

Bought off ebay for 1.99 GBP (shipping included), right now I'm trying to trace, simulate and (hopefully) improve the charging circuit
