install rootsh from appmanager, if you haven't already.
sudo gainroot
umount /home/user/MyDocs
fsck -a /home/user/MyDocs
sudo gainroot
umount /home/user/MyDocs
fsck -a /home/user/MyDocs

Connect it to your PC in Mass Storage mode and run scan-disk on it.
Should fix it.
What's happened is, a file has failed to finish writing to the disk and the memory has gone into read only to stop any further damage being caused.
