No idea why.. Try first to flash only rootfs, if you will see the problems still here, flash again with emmc.

You can rearrange the order of applets here: /home/user/.status-menu Do it by editing this 3 files:
top-order.conf and pannable-order.conf – for “Status menu with notifications & close button”
items-order.conf – for “Standard status menu”
You can edit it directly on your phone with editors like Redak or TXpad.
How to do it with Redak, you can't see .status-menu files in Redak?
