As announced store.ovi.com or the the pre installed shortcut on n900 now redirects to opera store.
sadly n9 nor n900 is included in the transition and we are redirected to the genric java apps page.
the good news is both devices can run most java apps after installation of phoneme but the catch is phone me can only run .jar i.e it cannot phrase .jad to download them so installation of available apps via the store is not possible as opera store provides .jad as the download option.

what can be done about this situation ?
i think devloping the needed parts to phrase .jad files in phone me and intregating it with cssu is the optimal solution as that woud enabe use of the store with dozens of guality apps and games on almost all devices in the wild . i.e prolonging the life cycle of the devices .

lets brainstrom the thread with possible ideas
like a fundraiser
pinging the og devloper
