obviously your bluetooth issues are not related to meecast
After uninstalling Meecast daemon and reinstalling it the patch works without a showing bluetooth icon - it must have been related to an issue with the deamon upgrade in combination with the new patch - I also wrote, that a reinstall solves the problem just in case anyone else runs into this ...
No offence just a solution - it's a bit rough these days on TMO ....

On the other hand, a denial of the "obviously X has nothing to do with Y" kind is anything but professional. A professional approach would involve at least some attempt to get more details before dismissing the bug reporter as an idiot. Unfortunately this lack of professionalism has become very common when it comes to anything related to Jolla. We did not see so much of it in connection to Maemo.
(Not to mention that you jumped to the denial mode without even giving the app developer a chance to respond.)

I've uploaded the new version of Lockscreen patch (0.4) to OpenRepos
Changelog:
* Fixed color of text for LPM mode
* Disable semitransparent background for LPM mode
