Looks like*mp-fremantle-community-pr aren't installed. But I have features from CSSU (like timer in camera)..

mp-fremantle-community-pr is a metapackage. Its only purpose in life is to depend on other, potentially useful packages. So that updating the metapackage automagically pulls in the correct versions.
One can argue that this is a pointless job and that you do not need the MP. I certainly do not have it and have lived happily ever since, even though it means no About CSSU in Settings. But then, I (think I) know what I am doing. For most folks, the MP is a convenient way of keeping things together.
