Whats that about?
And those silly 5" microUSB cables too... Who ever though that was a practical design must not have to compensate for other areas in his life.

couldnt give a **** as long as it allows the software to function properly, for example the N900's ram made it painfully obvious that it was bottlenecking the performance

doesn't anyone here think we are getting too excited???

Jolla have said an announcement is imminent in the next few weeks and a product before year-end...so doesn't that mean all this has already been locked in?

We shouldn't set ourselves up for disappointment...this is the 4th or 5th Jolla thread already...we are getting too far ahead of ourselves...take a breather people...

If their device is success their surely going to make more of them, and design can always be changed

N9 Successor
4.1 in capacitive LED screen
Low-power standby screen
Pentaband HSPA+
Around/near 720p resolution
Thinner than N9
1gb or more ram
8 MP Camera w/better producing images than N9
Stronger Flash than N9
Front Camera that actually works
Apt-x bluetooth 4.0
At least 16GB Storage Capacity
Hopefully ACL
HDMI out
Decent processor (we see N9 doesn't need much)
Dedicated Camera Button (works even when phone locked)
Lost/Stolen Phone recovery app
Swipe UX if possible (saves so much space as no buttons needed)
LED-lit edges (N9's swipe sensitives edges would be awesome if they had invisible led glow around them-glow for different alerts/reminders)
No need for flash
Dedicated Battery monitor like Android
Power-Save mode

Thanks!

I'm not sure why all this "HATING" is going on. This thread was simply trying to see what Jolla's potential customers would like see in their new device, thats all. This is a stand alone thread and has nothing to do with the other Jolla talk. Can't the community express what it would like to see in a new device?
