I have a problem with my Nokia 808. The touchscreen does not seem to be working properly after I dropped the phone. I can plugin the phone and see on my Mac the filesystem of the device. I would like to save my calendar file and the contacts form the phone.
Does anyone now where the calendar file is located on the device?

Those files are buried somewhere in the depth of the Symbian c:/sys directories (already forgot details ).
So no chance to discover them from computer at all.
Even on device you would need a hacked (custom) FW and a special file manager like X-plore/ActiveFile/...

The calendar database files are stored in: C:\private\10003A5B\
You need a hacked phone or a filemanger which has AllFiles capatibilty to copy the database.

a few notes:
on a Windows machine you can use Nokia Suite USB note to backup the calendar, maybe you can use dual boot/a VM or the PC of a friend to backup your data?

If you have a USB-OTG cable you can:
- connect an USB mouse to use your phone without of the touchscreen and backup the settings via the inbuild filemanager, it will get stored in E:\Backup\Calendar.arc or if you have a memory card in F:\Backup\Calendar.arc

- use the inbuild bluetooth sync to copy your calendar to another phone.

To explore this backup file you can use: http://sourceforge.net/projects/nbuexplorer
