Well, free ram is always over 100MB.

Should be enough. RAM issue is out. Problem must be elsewhere.

Seems that 3D acceleration isn't working properly and is causing the lag.

Nokia N9 is'nt the only Device which uses the PowerVR SGX530. The Motorola Droid X as example gets a CM9 based rom atm. and hardware acceleration already works (3D is a litte bit buggy).

@e-yes: If you should start an ICS port, will you use the AOSP or the CM9 source code? And are you thinking about dual-booting? I would love to see Meego and ICS (especially CM9) on this beautiful device .

I will if I had to but I was hoping we could get have the money raised being I was going to put up 250 to 300 USD myself. E-yes do you think you would be able to get I've to dual boot on the n9 and did netflix work on nitdroid the n900.
