just same changelog for both versions of package, decide yourself if eu or in version of droid-modem will receive update for EU modem firmware?

Well the update is not out yet and the TJC posts has been removed, so maybe the update is postponed - I don't hope so. :/

Maybe some errors in the changelog?

Edit:
Google has it still cached over here

We could compare it when it's released again

Some interesting changes anyway:
[jolla-camera] Allow photos/video to be stored on the SD card.
[gallery] Don't hide the pulley menu in image viewer mode.
[settings-system] Avoid flashlight switch staying in busy state.
[jolla-settings-system] Allow save/restore of custom location settings.
[filemanager] Add possibility to share files.
[tracker] Fix flac tag extraction.
[voicecall] Conference call support.
As well as an update to Gecko 38 for the browser (now it's only 1,5 years out of date anymore!)

The four Turing users can also rejoice:
[devicelock] Enable device unlock using a fingerprint sensor.

As can people who use a Sailfish port on an Android device with buttons:
[keys] Return to home when pressing home key.

Indian Aqua Fish users will be happy as well:
[mbpi] Added apn settings for Jio 4G (India).
