I have my 810 set to dual boot off the internal MMC and the internal memory, but I would like to format the WHOLE device, including the memory card.

How do I delete the partition on the MMC card so I can format it?

You can try to format it without deleting any partition. Try booting from flash and format internal card from File manager. IIRC File manager recreates partition table with only one partition. I think it happened to me by mistake.
