theres an app called "Drop Cache" in the ovi store, maybe it can help you? when my phone feels sluggish I hit "free all" it frees the pagecahe and inodes, whatever that means.

Or just install FasterN9. It gives better memory management and longer battery life for N9. So far no glitch with app. And don't forget to uninstall dropcache before installing.

Faster N9 . It made a difference to my N9. I did not notice much with Dropcache.

I notice that 10-15 days after reboot my N9 feels not as responsible and fluid as usual and swap memory is full like 75%. I try to free swap but usual linux commands swapoff/on do not work. Swap remains occupied. And I am executing swapoff both as users and root.
Any ideas?

I have asked some people on Twitter , unfortunately its unable to reset, but maybe we can change the swappiness of our n9

as root
/sbin/sysctl -w vm.swappiness=15
