Yes its possible! Just download Phone Spekaer Swicther and install it.Once installed go to settings open Phone Speaker Switcher and tick turn on speaker when opening keyboard and you are done!

Is it also possible to let it activate speaker when you pull your phone away from your ear? (accelerometer detecting its away from your ear?)
