No matter what I try I can't seem to figure out how to install this...
The following gives no error message but changes nothing (i e if followed by a new apt-get install tor or apt-get -f install I will still get the above output)
A little help would be greatly appreciated...

If you already are. Try to further escalate priviledges with develsh.
