Try Pierogi, it's quite good substitute for qtirreco.

qtirreco is dead , database is down so you can't do anything with it . pierogi is much better .

Why is pierogi better? I dont think it's as flexible.

Pierogi is not as flexible currently, but it is a lot easier to set up and has a better UI, it also stores all the codes locally, which means if you want to add a new device you don't need to go online to download the codes.
