1st- Just a suggestion... but I don't think it advisable to post your email visibly.
the direct link to flasher 3.0 is in the 1st link I gave you...
under the title "miscellaneous" (if my memory serves) ."Linux OSx flashers"
doesn't get more in-your-face obvious.
for 3.5 here is the link

BUT...
I STRONGLY suggest learning some "linux practice in the field"
and installing an easy to use debian on an old computer...or virtual machine and using the 0xFFFF flasher (the second link in my 1st post to you) ... it is a much more efficient tool and will result in the likelihood of fewer problems ....
