Honestly I adore the screen size of my n8x0's ...as Estel aptly put it...it is the sweet spot at 4 (and a bit) inches...I've used smaller and bigger...and at 4 ...it is the goldilocks size.

4 to 4.5 (at absolute most) gets my vote.

A wrist-watch on your hand? A ring on your finger? An earring in your ear? A ballpoint in your writing instrument?

I am a fan of wearable computers, but they are too easy to lose. And, I do not wish for Wireless communication to go through living matter, while the alternative (wires) is too cumbersome.

About bigger: a bicycle? a car? an airplane? a spaceship? a planet?

Good luck.

Actually Dave ..I think reopening this poll is a valid idea.
Considering devices have evolved and changed at such a rapid pace.
Now there are quite small...as a member has mentioned his interest and much larger as well...and odd sizes in between (ie the square BB Passport).
So ...yeah Dave I think it'd be good to reopen the poll ...considering the plethora of varied sized devices and the people who have tried them putting their 2 cents in...the results will probably be quite different and more currently relevant.

+1 from me.

Quick reply...
I am not sure I am ready for screen-less devices yet... Can you give me examples of user-friendly screen-less mobile phone (pocket computer)?

I am interested in Nokia 7280. But the concept requires further thought.

Best wishes.

Hum..
I think pichlo is perhaps referring to the writing and comm. on paper, parchment, glass, rock, Macaroni (;D) wireless...etc...as hinted at the carrier pigeons...love it....super-duper hi tech of the time.
Or maybe pichlo is hinting at simply pulling out the old power-drill and making a port in his head to get his info fed direct and hence bypass all the modern commonplace irritating superfluous fiddling around just to get his info.

ps
before beginning ...remember to strap your head firmly to the worktable...hurts like a bugger when your head starts bouncing around...

pps
Nokia 7280 looks pretty "space 1999" / "2001" ...oddly interestingly Wiki
