I recently used this new app in lumia and its very cool.

Is it possible to develop for harmattan?

This is developed by Nokia and its colsed source and Nokia even stopped supporting city lens and pulse for both MeeGo and Symbian so this is very unlikely to have for harmattan unless Flop get fired...

That's just an animated GIF frame, it's not that difficult to create agifs from movie strips

I've actually never used Cinemagraph so I can't say for sure how to make it. I do think that it's more complex than making animated gifs. Gifs are low quality and these are full scale images. So image processing with powerful hardware? Directly using GPU?

I copied that down and looked at it, it's a fairly standard multiframe GIF, whit one exception; the base layer is full frame, and the animaton parts are just small bit in the middle. Intresting way to do it.

Would it be too much to ask if you coukd write down exaxtly how it works with as much tech detail as possible?
You had my curiosity, but now you have my attention.
