slender is right, made some regular backup beacuse if your N900 won't boot anymore after an appz installation, you may loose your data, contacts, emails or whatever file you used to have

Yeah! Finally Videoplayback in background while checking my eMails! 
Only some small speed optimations are needed...
But why don't turn the video playback off while in background and keep only the audio playing?
