is this normal output?

/home/user # fsck -af /dev/mmcblk0p1

I am also getting same problem & thinking to order one from parts4repair. They are good, i already got a camera Flex cable from them.

are you tried with another usb cable? new, original cable.

i have two cables - one from china,one from the box from the Finland. with the first i having troubles, but the second one working as a butter)) and i prefer to you use original brand cables always. may be some cables in the first usings no have problems, but by the time they can slowly destroy usb pins on your device. So check it
