BusyBox v1.10.2 (Debian 3:1.10.2.legal-1osso30+0m5) built-in shell (ash)
Enter 'help' for a list of built-in commands.

~ $ cd / usr/share/hildon-desktop
/ $ sudo mv transitions.ini.mmmbak transitions.ini

the simplest way is to open filebox or ssh..
go to> usr/share/hildon-desktop
copy your [transitions.ini] file to MyDocs or somewhere else; safe in case of restoring.

Uuuuh, seems that .deb without making a theme is impossible. This will always resist that we're overwriting the hildon-desktop's file.

Most of the needed files from the other themes may be symlinked. I've got absolutely no experience in making a theme so I can't do it.

EDIT: There's one thing I can do. There'll be a file transitions.ini.maemeemo and transitions.ini.mmmbak (in case the .maemeemo gets corrupt and requires restore). the user will have to move transitions.ini.maemeemo to transitions.ini and backup the original . It's not a nice way, but anyway better then the original
