If you can get ahold of a windows computer though, you may want to just install NSU and use that to update.

It's shame to have to force the user to require a Windows system in order to just download a simple file.

Nokia support, can you hear me ? Please setup a simple HTTP server with the firmware files. It should not be so complicated.

In fact it's a shame! Still waiting the update here in switzerland and dont want to flash it. They are sleeping? Who? Nokia? or my carrier?

If i check the product code i just found that: RM696 FCC ID:JPK
i dont see a number like 059....
normal?

I also have this product code and no update either OTA or via the NSU. meh.

they told me that the 1.1 will not be available before january how this is possible??? i m disappointed and angry...

Dumb question: if I buy an N9 here in the States, and it's say an Australian device with a product code for that particular country, will I still be able to update if I'm in the US?
