The only thing I can say is "slow" is when the contact list (the phonebook) show up: it takes 1 second (maybe 1.5 second). I have ~120 contacts.
When I press Ok (after selecting the contacts) they are added to the group almost instantly.
What's so slow for you? The phonebook window?
How many contacts do you have?

The contact selection window should be faster.

Choosing Upgrade apps in Fapman doesn't give me any upgradeable packages. But luckily the standard Application Manager found V 0.1.6!!
(this is interesting in itself!)
Anyway: HUGE improvement in contact-listing speed. Almost instantaneous now. Thanks!!
