And more work (and hacks) to get it running properly !!.

Unfortunately, there isn't official qt 4.7.4 support. A PR1.4 ...

Isn't that what the community updates are for. Maybe the newer version of QtComponents could be uploaded to cssu repository but not installed by default with the cssu metapackage. That way people with cssu (and thus qt 4.7.4) could install it but people without cssu couldnt.

Miniature 0.5 London 1851 release candidate is here!

See the features & fixes implemented at http://wiki.maemo.org/Miniature/Deve...re_0.5_release . We especially welcome testers using Maemo / N900 and non-English languages. The plan is to test this release candidate and submit it to the Nokia Store by the end of the week (unless some big problem shows up).

Downloads:

- N9 & N950 with MeeGo Harmattan: http://taschenorakel.de/files/michae...5rc0_armel.deb

- N900 with Maemo 5: available in extras-devel, http://maemo.org/packages/view/miniature/

The Fremantle version is completely untested though, please be careful.

... but all it does is to open and seek games. I bet you couldn't play any game. We are trying to solve this problem - see https://bugs.maemo.org/show_bug.cgi?id=12456

Check http://maemo.org/packages/package_in...rc0fremantle2/ please. I was barely able to play one game though, due to UI elements being outside of the visible screen area.

I could play a game normally? The UI is decent and looks like the one on that youtube video. Can you share a screenshot showing the problems?

The Resign option doesn't work properly. The confirmation dialot doesn't show up. It seems that there is no way of resigning a game (or requesting a draw?)
