Interesting question though.
Suppose the find sex application would take the direction of Uber, then there are certainly possibilities if it were to connect to the Autoblow API
-Autoblow remote control by SMS or IP (including stylus pulse control or advanced webcam lip reading control) for remote partners
-log GPS coordinates and duration of every ejaculation (a kind of sports tracker like feature)
-real time update of erection status to contacts via secure peer to peer app
-keep statistics regarding mileage / wear / give hygiene reminders
-user profiles for family or student room sharing (log in through Facebook / Twitter, etc..) to get your personal mood adjusted treatment
-auto submit user's performance to social networks to promote user's virility to interested mating partners
-configurable auto mute / slow down - speed up on any incoming call
-configurable auto start / and rhythm pattern based on address book contact or group selections
-car mode voice control
-...
If its perverse it probably already exists
