Now there are quite small...as a member has mentioned his interest and much larger as well...and odd sizes in between (ie the square BB Passport).
So ...yeah Dave I think it'd be good to reopen the poll ...considering the plethora of varied sized devices and the people who have tried them putting their 2 cents in...the results will probably be quite different and more currently relevant.

Screen sizes I used to prefer

Pre-iPhone: 4.4inch, qwerty-slide, resistive, thick
Pre-Gnex: 4.7inch, qwerty-tilt, capacitive, medium
Pre-NOTE 2: 5.2inch, gamepad-tilt, capacitive, thin

Now:
5.2 - 5.7in
Shaved bezel
OtherHalf
Capacitive
Thin
