You've missed the ".bin" from the end of the firmware image name.

Type the full path to the image, also change the image name to your real file name

yeah i worked out had missed .bin

doesn't seem to have fixed my problem though looks like phone is going back to be fixed

I have the same problem mine says error reading FIASCO header : %M
DONT KNOW WHERE IM GOING WRONG please help

Did you type the full path?
If you don't know how copy the image to the flasher directory instead.

how do you copy th image to the flasher directory ?

Go to directory (with explorer/my computer icon) where you downloaded fiasco image.
Select file (image) and right click it and from popup menu select copy
Now go to directory where you installed your flasher. (c:\program files\maemo\flasher-3.5) and right click empty/white area and select paste.

That probably means the file you've downloaded is corrupt. You can use the MD5SUMS file posted on the firmware download site to check against the md5 of your downloaded file. Or just redownload.

It's also worth trying to rename the file - Windows has a limit on the total length of the path + filename. Rename it to OS.bin and try again.
