Weird. It's a repetetive pattern from left to right, never seen that before. And it looks like it's only happening on the status bar...?
The pattern is probably video corruption, from eithe enabling WSEGL_HWSync=1 or Smartreflex (or both).
Just kill hildon-desktop or reboot, and it should be gone.

yes it's happening only on status bar.
i tried reboot and kill hildon desktop too but still same
