Tracker indexes all visible folders so you can use any folder for Music and it'll appear on your music player as long as you've not modded tracker to search for music in specified places only...

it should be changeable in user-dirs.dirs for tracker, but i doubt that transfers will read user-dirs.dirs file...
so i am guessing that it should be changed in every application that have it devined
