lately when am installing or uninstalling applications am getting “refreshing cache, please wait” and i cant do anything unless i restart my phone

LOL yeah, we others suck and can't code and can't introduce new stuff the proper way...
I suppose app is good enough if users are busy with interdeveloper relationship and personal feelings.
