has anyone had trouble pairing a samsung a707 (sync) w/ the 770? i just switched carriers from sprint to cingular. i used the a900 (blade) w/ sprint. problem is, in the bluetooth settings menu on the sync there isn't a option to "wait for request" like i had on my "blade". only option is search for bluetooth devices. thanks in advance for ur input. derrick

tdmajic, did you have success? I did a search within this forum for "cingular". A few threads that came up are listed below. Some are very old, so all of the info. may not be current. That said, DaveC (first thread) offers detailed instructions on connectivity with the n770/800 that ARE still applicable. Happy connecting! ...And let us know how well the Sync gets on with your tablet.

thanks for the help. i finally got the phone to sync. i didn't realize that the 770 has to start the bluetooth connection. so i paired the two as usual & then hit the pair button. the sync then asked for the passkey & i was in business!! by the way since i've been using this samsung sync i haven't had to re-pair the two yet. my old sprint samsung blade i had pair them together almost every time i wanted to use them. thanks again those posts were very helpful. derrick
