I have a problem with re-downloading Home Screen Settings from the Nokia Ovi Store. It won't let me re-download the app without paying.

The app does show up in my download history and it says downloaded with the little green thing next to it, but it when I go to the Ovi Store on my phone it wants me to pay for it even though it's also listed in the Ovi Store downloads page on my phone.

Any way to solve this? Contact Ovi Store support?

Happened after I resetted my device to factory through the settings app.

I think there is a limit on the number of downloads for a paid app before you have to pay again. IIRC, the limit is 10.

I downloaded it once about a month ago.

ovi store will be closed soon, so it's better to download packages of all yoour apps and save it locally.

It's a paid app. It means there is no way of downloading it like free apps. The problem is that it doesn't allow me to download it even though I've bought it.
