May I ask what kernel you are running on? (stock/openmode?)
If that hasnt been covered already, its a possibility.

tom_cranks, if:

sudo flasher -f -F main.bin -F emmc.bin -R --erase-user-data=secure
...doesn't help in your case (it brings device to factory-leaving state, kinda), nor changing the camera module, then I bet that something related to contact with camera is damaged on your PCB. There ar eno other logical reasons, if contacts are clean, etc.

I'm currently on stock, but have tried openmode with no success.
