really value for money if it is the real price on officially launching day.
too bad it's only available in india.

It could simply be that Intex have "unofficially" handed over these devices to such sellers so that they don't have to be responsible for any warranty claims etc while also technically not being in breach of any contract with Jolla as they can simply claim the devices were "stolen".

Wouldn't be the first time this happens in India.

I just received the weirdest and probably the most unexpected reply from Intex when asked about the AquaFish phones available on eBay. Check this,

Quoting myself: I asked, following up on my previous days conversation, "Are there any confirmations or clarifications in this regard.. Hi, I meant the devices available on eBay"
And Intex replied:
Hi lal, we just checked it and we are happy to inform you that it is officially available on ebay. You can buy it from ebay and we hope that you would have a great experience of the phone.
Team Intex
And this contradicts Jolla's claims!

Now, who's from India can resell them with shipping all over the world?

Could somebody tell sellers to list the phone on ebay.com with world-wide shipping?

We now definitely need someone who would resell to Europe. I would buy one right away!!!
