Found a good article discussing multitasking on mobile phones. It makes a good case in favor of iOS/WP style multitasking, touching on Android's growing problem of background processes and always running applications.

Everybody here should read it, and then please post your opinions. Thank you.

The article: http://allaboutwindowsphone.com/feat..._for_the_m.php

The best multitasking still is the maemo/Jolla/Desktop way.
Closing an app ends the process. Just let the user decide what should run and what not. I've never understood why it should be handled in another way.

Did you read the article?

Do you think average mobile users have the knowlege to do that, or would they behave the way the author describes children playing on his Android?

Please read the whole article, I was not looking for the usual "real multitasking is a must, and nothing else will do" comments I always see here.

Did read the article, badly written by the way.

Moving on! @Fellfrosch said it all

If you want just agreement with your school of thought why repeatedly post here? Just move on to a place where you get nods for all your intelligent thoughts.

I wouldn't close this thread if it was not for you for the umpteenth time posting something to troll people around here by ridiculing them for their opinions.
