Hi,

I changed the full case cover of my N9 because it was broken near the sim emplacement. After a first successful restart, the device became hot and the battery was discharged in few minutes.
So I disassembled my N9 and I found a short circuit in the battery connectors:

After carefully looking the motherboard I did not see something wrong except for this component:

Can someone tell me how can I test if this component is dead, or/and give me some hints to find the short circuit ?
