You are in wrong place man.

Try searching some windows phone related forums or xda-dev.
Our phones are linux based, and except design, they don't have anything in common.

Altough there were many hackers, there were literally only few(2-4) lumia users(mainly because of camera and nokia brand), so really anything one can do there for you, is to google some info for you).

It's really not about being rude, not liking windows users, etc...but asking about very specific and rarely occuring problem affecting only few specific devices in place, where nearly no one have, is not good idea.

If you want to get traction, use reddit, etc.

P.S. You are really welcomed there and I wanted to be helpful (because I was thinking that you were misguided by the fact that's TMO has roots as Nokia community, but nearly no one knows what Maemo, MeeGo or Sailfish OS are)

The bootloader - or - at least one of them, got messed up.
I dont have that device, but, for some hints have a look here

https://docs.google.com/document/d/1...rE/mobilebasic

Its not for the Lunia 925, so there is some work to do

or, here
http://ronhks.hu/2016/02/28/fix-your...-no-vibration/

which have some more

Presumably you have come across this post in your searches:https://forum.xda-developers.com/sho...1&postcount=54

You don't mention which version of Windows you are using or whether have option to try another machine upon which no Nokia software has ever been installed.

I tried several machines including virtual box on my pc with windows 7 and always the same error
I believe the problem is that i cannot communicate with the mobile
