One suggestion, wouldn't be better if path of saved meme is for example /home/user/MyDocs/pictures instead of /home/user only? So they will be showed in gallery and in wazapp image sharing list

It is saved in MyDocs/Pictures. Your userdirs.dirs file might be broken. Search the forum for solutions.
