'Unable to download 'community-ssu-enabler'. Application package not found. - happens when I click either stable or testing links.

What's the problem ?

Did you read the Installation FAQ at the WIKI page.
And perhaps the threads with the testing and stable version...

Also please read the log in application manager, there will be useful information.
If unsure post the content of the log here.

Can't believe I'm the first with this sorta problem, lol.

Reboot and try again, could be that your app manager is open or has been open a while ago...
You do have rootsh installed i hope
If you open X-terminal, you won't see something like
Nokia-N900:~# this is only if you are root
If it looks like
~ $
First type "sudo gainroot" without the " and enter
then you can try
/home/user # apt-get install community-ssu-enabler

I did try that apt-get install before, didn't work. I reflashed my N900 and it installed fine
