I'm gonna keep my Amazon order simply just because if I decide to return the phone I wont have to deal with any drama and hassle, buy.com sucks when it comes to return your money. $20 isnt much for me, I can skip dinner tonight :-P

Just like CA to pay for their socialized programs, yet these are the states that are bankrupt and putting state workers on furloughs...2012 is just around the corner...

i would imagine, its under warranty
